This incident has been resolved. The outage affecting our Voice AI and Phone Call services was caused by a third-party provider issue, which has now been fully resolved. All services are back to normal operation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We are currently experiencing a major outage affecting our Voice AI and Phone Call services. As a temporary mitigation, incoming calls are being forwarded directly to stores. Our team is actively investigating and we will provide updates as soon as possible.
